This is a site that exemplifies the patience and long-term strategy sometimes needed to develop land. We’re pleased that it is now a draft allocation in South Kesteven District Council’s Local Plan review, and we continue to work directly with the planning department’s policy team to secure a larger allocation of 100 new homes across the landholding. The proposed development will bring much needed new housing to this popular village, located just south of Newark, helping to sustain village services and facilities.
