New Communities and Housing

Our commitment to sustainable practices extends seamlessly into our property and construction endeavours, where we strive to redefine the landscape of development with eco-conscious solutions and innovative designs.
At the forefront of our initiatives lies the Garden Village project in Sibson (Cambridgeshire), where we are not merely constructing homes but shaping a community that stands as a beacon of sustainability. Through meticulous planning and implementation, we’re integrating cutting-edge commercial and energy solutions into every aspect of the village’s infrastructure, setting a new standard for environmentally responsible living. From energy-efficient buildings to green spaces that promote biodiversity, every detail is meticulously crafted to minimise our environmental footprint while maximising the quality of life for residents.
PASSIONATE PARTNERSHIPS. THRIVING COMMUNITIES.
Through the launch of Ardena Homes we are not just responding to market trends - we are anticipating where housing needs to be. With measurable sustainability and design-led quality, we’re demonstrating what progressive housebuilding looks like.
By working with housing associations, local authorities and build-to-rent specialists, we deliver homes that combine quality with progressive sustainability.
Our development in Bourne Lincolnshire, comprises a collection of five private sale homes which have been designed to offer an alternative to nearby developments, combining contemporary layouts with a focus on long-term performance and future-ready sustainability.
Each home is designed in line with the Future Homes Standard, with sustainability engineered into the fabric of the property. High levels of insulation are included throughout, helping to reduce heat loss and improve overall energy performance, whilst low-carbon technologies are installed as standard, including air source heat pumps for heating and hot water, solar panels with solar diverters to optimise on-site energy use, and electric vehicle charging provision.
Together, these features support lower energy use, reduced running costs and consistent performance, while improving comfort for residents, minimising environmental impact and meeting evolving standards to support long-term efficiency.
We’re actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our sustainable footprint, with projects like the development site in Beccles, (Suffolk). Here, as in all our endeavours, we’re not just building to industry standards – we’re building beyond them.
