We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and adaptable individual – ideally with an engineering or scientific background and a passion for sustainability – who is ready to accelerate their career in business leadership. This is not a support role. It’s a unique chance to work closely with the CEO, shaping business direction and making a tangible impact across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO to improve strategic oversight and time management, focusing attention on the most critical priorities.

Understand and align with the company’s strategic goals across its varied business sectors.

Monitor and evaluate performance across business units, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.

Act as a sounding board for new initiatives and provide input based on research, industry trends, and internal performance data.

Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic summaries.

Liaise with COOs and senior leaders to track project progress and ensure milestone alignment.

Represent the CEO in communications and meetings where appropriate, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

What we're looking for

MBA or equivalent, with strong academic credentials and demonstrable business acumen.

Strategic mindset with a keen interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and innovation.

Exceptional research, analysis, and communication skills.

Advanced proficiency with business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, making decisions with incomplete data.
