Holt, Norfolk
Phoenix Sustainable Investments owns a site in Holt, North Norfolk, promoting a residential development for up to 49 new homes. The site benefits from direct road access from Cley Road and sits on the existing settlement boundary. The site will support new community facilities alongside much-needed new homes and is currently being promoted through the North Norfolk District Council Local Plan review and by way of direct discussion with the Town Council.
The Phoenix Strategic Land team have already held discussions with the Town Council regarding the site and the potential benefits of extending the cemetery for the local community.
In March 2026, a public consultation was held to hear directly from residents, businesses and other local stakeholders. All feedback received during this time was carefully considered to inform the next stage of the design process.
