We’re now looking for a Senior and/or Technical Coordinator to join our expanding team and play a key role in driving forward projects across Development, Strategic Land, and wider Group initiatives.

Key responsibilities​

• Supporting land appraisals, feasibility studies, and development planning

• Coordinating surveys, reports, and consultant teams to keep projects moving smoothly

• Reviewing technical constraints and delivering clear, actionable recommendations

• Assisting with planning applications, masterplans, and infrastructure strategies

• Collaborating on group-wide projects, sharing best practice, and ensuring consistency across divisions

What we're looking for ​

• Experience in housebuilding, land consultancy, or engineering

• Strong understanding of planning, infrastructure, and development challenges

• Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders

• For senior applicants: a proven track record of managing complex sites and consultant teams
