The Flood Technology Group team recently attended The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, where they showcased their very latest piece of flood adaptive technology.

One of the biggest events in the holiday/residential park sector’s calendar, the show provided the team with an opportunity to introduce holiday home and park owners to the Concealed Flood Adaptive Platform (C-FAP). Like models of the Flood Adaptive Platform, it has a unique ability to evade flood water by automatically rising above it. However, with the Concealed Flood Adaptive Platform, the mechanical jack system that enables it to lift caravans and holiday lodges to safety is tucked away discreetly within the walls. Flood Technology Group’s stand attracted a huge amount of interest from show-goers, with many visitors keen to see the C-FAP in action.
As part of the weekend, Park Home & Holiday Living Magazine, a leading specialist magazine for the holiday and residential park sector, presented its annual ‘Park Home Champion’ Awards. Flood Technology Group was delighted to be presented with the ‘Innovator of the Year Award’.

Chief Executive Simon Gilliland (pictured right) said:
“We’ve had a great few days at the show, with the C-FAP generating a lot of interest. To be named ‘Innovator of the Year’ was the icing on the cake. It was a genuine surprise and wonderful recognition for our team. Thank you to everyone at Park Home & Holiday Living and to the team behind the show for putting on another fantastic event.”
