Joining industry leaders at the HBF Members Golf Day

On 24 June 2025, four members of the Phoenix Sustainable Investments team: Karl Hick, David Morris, David Hutchinson, and Nitin Patel – took part in the annual HBF Members Golf Day, held at the prestigious Woburn Golf Club.

The event, which brings together leading figures from across the housebuilding and property development sector, offered a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers in an informal and scenic setting. Competing across the renowned Marquess and Dukes courses, the Phoenix team enjoyed a spirited round of golf, punctuated by moments of friendly rivalry and plenty of laughter.

The day concluded with a relaxed evening meal and prize giving, where industry conversations continued well into the evening.
