Phoenix Strategic Land is launched

Phoenix Strategic Land, the new business, part of the Phoenix Sustainable Investments group, builds on a strong development and housing heritage and will manage the group’s growing UK land portfolio.

Led by David Morris and Daryl Kirkland, both Joint Managing Directors, Phoenix Strategic Land specialises in land promotion, planning, and acquisition across the East Midlands and East Anglia. Together, the team has overseen planning for more than 10,000 new homes and delivered major community-scale developments across the length and breadth of these Regions.

Most recently, Phoenix Strategic Land secured outline planning for a 95-home development in Glinton, Peterborough.

David Morris, Joint Managing Director of Phoenix Strategic Land, said:
